I actually had fun with James, the salesperson who came to my house. His previous tenure as a math teacher kind of showed; he is good at presenting this vacuum, and teaching how to use it. He actually made it interesting and enjoyable. Of course, the amazing design, versatility and crazy-strong suction of the Kirby vac also spoke for itself! But James’ patience and willingness to answer my questions, as well as just being a nice guy who is genuinely interested in his customers, are what made me decide to go ahead and invest in what will be the last vacuum cleaner / carpet cleaner I will ever have to buy.
