McDonald's at 1800 W Dorothy Ln, Moraine, Ohio.

The staff in Moraine should be sent to the Miamisburg store to teach them how to run a McDonald's right! Orders are never wrong! The staff is always friendly! If they are out of something they tell you right away instead of taking the order, making you wait for ages then telling you, "Oh sorry we don't have that". The early morning drive thru crew are top notch! Seriously it is a low paying job and they take a lot of crap from rude customers and yet they still smile and greet me with a friendly hello! I went late one evening when they weren't normally busy but they had a surprise rush. The manager came out and was helping fill orders and giving out coupons for free deserts just because we had to wait a few extra minutes. No one was complaining and he didn't have to do that but he did because he knows how to keep people happy and coming back again and again!
